Please note:  Test Systems or Fixtures not under Warranty or Service Agreement, will require a purchase order to initiate a support case.  Based on your case submission, CheckSum will provide a not to exceed quote for the support.

All out of warranty or non-support agreement cases are billed at $375 per hour with a two-hour minimum.   Standard out of warranty or non-support agreement response time is within 72 Hrs After Receipt of PO.

CheckSum’s 1-Call Support Agreement offers priority support options and eliminates the need to process a PO to initiate a case.
