ARLINGTON, WA ― December 2023 ― CheckSum partnered with SecOps, a leading 3rd party cybersecurity provider, to support our mutual automotive customers’ Cybersecurity applications.  CheckSum partnered with SecOps, a leading 3rd party cybersecurity provider, to support our mutual automotive customers’ Cybersecurity applications.  With the increasing connectivity of vehicles, automotive manufacturers are taking proactive measures to protect automotive electronics systems from potential cyber threats.  The customer required the implementation of embedded security keys at the board level, during the production test process.  The additional processing time needed to add the security keys required a new approach to their production test process.  CheckSum’s Parallel Test was deployed in the ILS-3000 in-line automated test system.  With faster In-Circuit Test, and flash programming speeds, the customer now had time to implement Cybersecurity within one automated test process.
