Director of China Sales and Support
For over 20 years, CheckSum has grown by providing industry leading low-cost in-circuit test and part-programming solutions for the worldwide electronics industry.
Now, our growth in China is accelerating and our solid base of satisfied customers is expanding. Join us and lead the team that will take CheckSum’s China business to the next level of success through active sales management, customer support, new product introduction, and local service.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Responsibility for the China Market
- Manage CheckSum’s sales and support team in China
- Represent CheckSum in China to customers and partners
- Grow CheckSum’s China revenue
- Develop market penetration plan for CheckSum’s MultiWriter technology
Experience / Skills Required
- Proven leadership and sales management skills
- Manage and grow teams of diverse personalities in multiple office locations. Excellent people management skills required
- Proven ability to sell (> $1M USD)
- Easily communicate with multi-national clients, distribution partners, and headquarters
- 10+ years in electronics industry
- Self-starter and team player with outgoing personality
- General knowledge of electronics required, board test a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, TOEFL > 600 or 250 (Written or Internet)
- BS or BSEE Required, MBA a plus
